SPR# BINN5W2QKA - Users with Author access to the Domino Directory but specified as Administrator in the person documents could not upgrade or downgrade users to roaming. In order to do this, users needed the UserModifier role. Authors listed in the Administrators field of person documents may now execute roaming upgrades and downgrades.
