SPR# PAZR659PFF - This fix provides a Notes.ini for the Router to address a potential issue with group addressing, and the error:
"Maximum forwarding loop count exceeded. Message probably in a forwarding loop". This is caused by ambiguous lookup results during Router group expansion. Currently, Group names must be unique among group names, lastnames, and firstnames, etc. However, in some cases, internet addresses uniquely identify a group. This is the configuration that causes the aforementioned error. The new Notes.ini will instruct Router group expansion, during top level group expansion, to ignore ambiguous lookup matches that are not groups. This allows group expansion to proceed and will prevent the Routing loop error. The workaround is to ensure no name conflicts with the group name.
