SPR# PANN8KMSGM - This fix adds the ability to control the Day at a Glance caledar view when using Federated Calendars. New notes.ini setting ShowFederationInSideCalendar introduced. Setting ShowFederationInSideCalendar=0 means that don't show federation in Day at a Glance calendar view; setting ShowFederationInSideCalendar=1 or not specifiying in notes.ini means show federation in Day at a Glance calendar view.
