SPR# MSKA8R8JWK - When using the REG API to register a user with an explicit security and registration policy that enabled ID vault for that user, the ID was not uploaded immediately into the vault. When no groups were listed in the registration policy it caused a logic error which the prevented the rest of the code from continuing. This could be worked around by specifying a group membership for that user in a registration policy. This problem has been corrected and the ID will now be immediately uploaded into ID vault.
