SPR# AKAS8SZLMX - Prior to this fix, in the case where multiple Desktop Policy Settings documents were applied to a user and more than one of the Desktop Settings documents used the Custom Settings\Managed Settings tab, those items would not be merged. Instead, only one set of the Managed Settings would be applied to user. With this fix, the user will have all of the Managed Settings applied even if they are specified across multiple Desktop Policy Settings documents.
