SPR# JGRN95KR33 - The SCN error message specifically for a "Your account is being created" response back to users of some European languages (e.g. Norwegian, French, Spanish) was lacking the instructional text line and associated HTML link to "Return to Home and try to access your account later."
This problem is now fixed for those languages, however, known problems remain for Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese, Russian, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese, and will be addressed in a follow-on fix.
