SPR# KKIL8G4R7M - Fixed the scenarios in which the SPR state change was being reported to the Close the Loop customers. The updates will now be sent when any of the important attributes like SPR state, substate, FixBuild etc are updated\changed. This issue was identified in 8.5.2.
