SPR# DJOE8N9M6N - For account with DOMINO-SSO auth type, a new preference notes.ini,AUTH_SERVER_AS_INTERNET_SITE, is being added. When this preference is set, if the PREFERRED_INTERNET_SITE is null, the url defined by SERVER property will be used to get LTPA token.
