SPR# CSMH8YBRDM - When forwarding a transcript as email, the previous chat transcript are appended to the email content. Prior to this fix,"Send As Email" would use a temp file for the content of the email. The temp file was overwritten at the beginning of the file, if the previous transcript was longer than the current one. The previous transcript will be included in current email content.Solution : clear the temp file before updating the new transcript content to the temp file .
