SPR# EMUN8UQLRR - Fixes a problem where turning off caching of XPages applications in the Notes Client wasn't working. XPages runtime container in the client was forcing caching to be on. This can be overridden now but an INFO message will be logged to say that this is not optimal and may negatively impact XPages application performance.
